Why I Chose a Community Arts Degree with a Concentration in Music

I have always loved music. I remember being a child and singing along to the radio, or playing my favorite songs on the piano. I knew that I wanted to make music a part of my life, so I decided to pursue a degree in community arts with a concentration in music.

I chose a community arts degree because I wanted to learn about all aspects of the arts, not just music. I wanted to learn about dance, theater, visual arts, and more. I also wanted to learn about the business side of the arts, so that I could be prepared to work in the arts industry after graduation.

My concentration in music allowed me to focus on my passion for music. I took classes in music theory, music history, and music performance. I also had the opportunity to participate in ensembles, such as the choir and the orchestra.

My community arts degree has given me the skills and knowledge that I need to pursue a career in the arts. I am now a music teacher, and I love sharing my love of music with my students. I am also a member of a community choir, and I enjoy performing with my friends.
