Donor Tree

“Can art change the world? Maybe … we should change the question: Can art change people's lives?” — JR

I have been working with some of my 361 classmates over the last few months to create a mural of a tree at Transitions. This tree will display names of people that donate to the center. This was my first time creating a mural. I was more than happy to dedicate my time to making Transitions a better place for those who seek a better life.

The 361 Project is an art history class that works with the Transitions Center in Columbia, South Carolina to rehabilitate homeless individuals by engaging them through the arts.
